Close to the M25, M1 and A1 with excellent public transport connections to Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City Airports. There is also a Silverlink Train Service running from St. Albans Abbey Station to Watford Junction.

The house is ideally situated for exploring the city of St. Albans with its Roman Heritage, outstanding Cathedral, busy street markets (Weds & Sats) and wide variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.
